Hotel reservations should be made after registration for the conference. The negotiated hotel rates will not be honored unless registered for the conference.
A limited number of government rate rooms will be available for U.S. and International government employees for a lower rate of USD$148/night. A valid government photo ID will be required at check in. University and consultant employees working on government contracts will not be qualified for this rate. If you qualify for the government room rates, please email president@concretepavements.org to request a direct link for room reservations after registering for the conference as an individual.
