Alternatively, Metro Transit light rail Blue Line runs directly from both Terminal 1 and 2 at MSP to the Government Plaza station, approximately three blocks from the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot. The current rate for the light rail is a flat rate of $2.50USD during rush hours or $2USD at off-peak times and takes approximately 25 minutes.
