Passport and Visa Requirements
Arrangements have been made to facilitate the visa application process for those planning to attend the 13th ICCP in the United States. We understand that obtaining a visa may be a crucial step for our international participants and we are committed to providing assistance and guidance throughout this process.
Visa Application Assistance:
For those requiring a visa to travel to the United States, we recommend initiating the visa application process as soon as possible. Detailed information on visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation can be found on the official website of the U.S. Department of State or by contacting the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Invitation Letters:
Upon request, we can provide formal invitation letters to support your visa application. Please reach out to our conference organizing team at conference@concretepavements.org with your full name, affiliation, and any other details required for the invitation letter. Requests for invitation letters must be made individually or as an individual with a spouse or guest only. Group requests for invitation letters will not be granted.

Please be mindful of visa processing times and any appointments that may need to be scheduled at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your region. We recommend planning well in advance to ensure a smooth and timely visa application process.
