Registrants with ALL ACCESS on their badges (including students and exhibitors) who have registered for the full conference are entitled to attend all technical sessions (Monday and Wednesday) and workshops (Tuesday), the exhibit hall, the Welcoming Reception (Sunday) and Awards Banquet (Wednesday). Registration also include breakfasts, lunches, and two coffee breaks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the conference.

For NCC, MnDOT, and FHWA registrants with ATTENDEES on their badges, all conference events except for the evening social events are included in the registration. Separate purchases for these events can be made online at  https://13thiccp.concretepavements.org/social-events/ while space is available.

How can I access the Conference Program?

The conference program can be accessed through an app using the following link ( https://builder.guidebook.com/g/13thiccp/) or QR code to download. This Guidebook app will be used to alert conference attendees of any changes or updates throughout the conference.

A printable conference program is also available for download at  https://13thiccp.concretepavements.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/13th-ICCP-printable-program.pdf and should be printed in booklet form.  A limited number of these programs will be available at the registration desk.

I have a ticket to the Twins game on Monday. What do I need to know?

ISCP has reserved 225 seats in Section S of Target Field in Rows 1-9 (All seats) and Row 10 (seats 1-18). If you selected to attend the game on Monday evening during registration or purchased one from ISCP online, you will receive a physical ticket(s) when you check in at the registration desk.  Target Field is a 15-20 minute walk from The Depot.

Section S is on the third base side of the stadium and is best accessed through Gate 6 along North 5th Street. After entering Target Field at Gate 6, you should take the escalator up to the second level (Sections S-V). Attendees should feel free to roam Target Field to experience different aspects of the stadium and view of the Minneapolis skyline.

These tickets are all-inclusive, which includes “all-you-can-eat” ballpark fare including hotdogs, burgers, chicken tenders, popcorn, chips, soda, water, juice, and milk. These items can be accessed at the stand right behind Section S on the concourse. You will need to show your ticket to receive these items. All other food and beverages are not included with these tickets, but can be purchased by individuals at the game at other concession stands throughout Target Field.

The individual seat on your ticket is less important than finding seating in our assigned area of Section S. This includes Rows 1-9 (All seats) and Row 10 (seats 1-18). This should help if you have attendees that you would like to sit with during the game.

If you have a ticket and decide to not attend, please let the registration desk know so that others may be able to attend instead.

I am attending an off-site conference event. Where do we meet to get on the buses?

Four events will require attendees to board buses during the conference. These include the following:

TUESDAY AFTERNOON MINE AND READY MIX PLANT TOUR (buses board at 1:00p)
TUESDAY EVENING BBQ RECEPTION AT AET (buses board at 5:30p)
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AWARDS DINNER AND RIVER BOAT TOUR (buses start loading at 5:20PM with the last bus leaving at 5:45PM)
THURSDAY MORNING MNROAD TOUR (buses board at 8:00a)

All buses will load at The Depot back entrance as noted at  https://13thiccp.concretepavements.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Depot-map-13th-ICCP.pdf

How do I get credit for Professional Development Hours (PDHs)?
